This document has the character of a contract.

The customer who agrees to perform a tourist service on this website also accepts the terms and conditions of said contract.

No other person, company or legal entity may modify or restrict the terms and conditions of this agreement.

Actors

‘Cusco Free Tour’ is the only authorized agent for the execution and modification of the terms and conditions.

The client is the natural or legal person who performs the tourist service offered on this website.

The conditions of our services

The web platform ‘www.cuscofreetour.com’ offers the free walking tour service through the city of Cusco.

This service is free in shared service (group of different origins of up to 10 adults). The only economic remuneration will be given optionally through free tips at the end of the service.

In case the client chooses a private free walking tour service (exclusive group for a tourist and his companions), the tour has a single cost that is made known through an email communication.

‘Cusco Free Tour’ also offers tours of the main tourist attractions of Cusco. Such services have a one-time cost published by our website. Payment for these services is made virtually through the different online payment methods.

In addition ‘Cusco Free Tour’ offers a ‘Travel Guide’ section in which it publishes free informative articles for all customers and people who browse through this website.

About the ‘Free Tour Cusco’ service

The main service offered on this website is the free walking tour of the Historic Center of the city of Cusco. This service lasts approximately 2 hours. It does not include entrance tickets to the tourist attractions of the city. It is only an outdoor tour of the main streets, monuments and tourist sites (seen from the outside).

The aforementioned service is free for all visitors who make the corresponding reservation in our ‘booking form’. This reservation can be made by anyone from anywhere in the world through our website.

The tourist who requests it, can book a private service. In this case the reservation is made by means of an email request. This service does have a fixed cost that will be paid through our payment methods available on our website.

To make the reservation of the aforementioned services, the client must complete a form with their personal data: names, surnames, email, nationality and identity document number (or passport).

About our ‘Other tours’

‘Cusco Free Tour’ also offers the services of tours to the main tourist destinations of Cusco such as: the Cusco City Tour half day, the Sacred Valley Tour 1 day and the Machu Picchu Tour 1 day.

These services are executed by an operating agency specialized in each type of tour.

These services have a fixed cost that is paid through our different online payment methods available on our website.

To make the reservation of the aforementioned services, the client must complete a form with their personal data: names, surnames, email, nationality and identity document number (or passport).

About the modification or cancellation of the ‘Free Tour Cusco’

‘Cusco Free Tour’ only makes modifications or cancellations of the ‘Free tour’ services booked on our website.

The modifications available in both group and private service are: change of date and change of number and names of the people registered in the reservation form. This procedure must be requested to info@cuscofreetour.com with a maximum of 1 day in advance.

‘Cusco Free Tour’ will send an email or text message to the client one day before the service to confirm the presence of visitors to the service booked on our website.

Cancellations of the ‘free tour’ service in both group and private service must also be booked at info@cuscofreetour.com with a maximum of 1 day in advance.

‘Cusco Free Tour’ will send an email or text message to the client one day before the service to confirm the presence of visitors to the service booked on our website.

Both modifications and cancellations of the ‘Free Tour Cusco’ service are free.

In the case of the private service of ‘Free tour’ the penalty of cancellation is 20% of the value of the tour (refund of 80% of the value of the tour minus shipping costs). Modifications are free.

About the modification of our ‘Other tours’

The modifications available in our tours are: change of date, change of name of people, number of identity document or change of age.

The request for ‘modifications’ for our tours must be sent by email info@cuscofreetour.com. The maximum advance to make this shipment is 3 days before the day of the tour.

The one-time penalty is 20% of the value of the tour.

In the case of the Machu Picchu tour of 1 day the penalty is 30% of the value of the tour.

These amounts must be paid through our different payment methods on our web platform.

No modifications can be made if the request is submitted less than 3 days before the tour date.

About the cancellation of our ‘Other tours’

‘Cusco Free Tour’ only makes cancellations of tours purchased on our web platform.

Cancellations must be requested via email to info@cuscofreetour.com. The maximum advance to send the application is 3 days before.

The penalty for the cancellation of our tours is unique and amounts to 35% of the value of the tour (refund of 65% of the value of the tour minus shipping costs).

The penalty for the cancellation of the Machu Picchu 1 day tour is also unique and amounts to 50% of the value of the tour (refund of 50% of the value of the tour minus shipping costs).

Cancellations cannot be made if the request is submitted less than 3 days prior to the tour date.

Our responsibilities

‘Cusco Free Tour’ is not responsible if the data registered by the client are not true, making it impossible for the normal development of our services.

‘Cusco Free Tour’ is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings during the execution of our services.

‘Cusco Free Tour’ is not responsible for events beyond our control (protests, natural disasters, etc.) that prevent the normal and safe development of our services. In cases of emergency, for the safety of our customers, the company may cancel its services without prior notice.

‘Cusco Free Tour’ is not responsible for accidents during the execution of our services. The same tourist agrees to be responsible in case of illness or decomposition during our service.
