TOURIST ATTRACTIONS

During the tour the two most famous tourist attractions to visit are the Salineras de Maras and the circular platforms of Moray. In addition, the tourist will be able to appreciate the historic town of Maras (it stands out for its colonial portals). If time permits, you can also visit the archaeological site of Chinchero or its textile centers. All within a well organized service!
Salt Mines of Maras
The Salineras de Maras are made up of thousands of natural salt wells formed millions of years ago. Salt was used by the Incas and today by local communities. The natural landscape is impressive. It stands out for its pink salt, scarce in the world.
Moray circular platforms
The circular platforms of Moray amaze for their landscape beauty similar to a great amphitheater. However, it was actually an agricultural research center created by the Incas. There they cultivated dozens of products such as potatoes, corn, quinoa, oca and more.
Town of Maras
The silent town of Maras hides a history of great value that dates back to colonial times. A colonial church of important architectural beauty was built there. Also noteworthy are its covers, a historical source of the glorious past of this town.
