Spaces available
Each group is made up of a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 10 adult tourists. The groups are organized according to language, although on occasions they can be guided in both Spanish and English. It is recommended to reserve your space in advance. This way you will have more opportunity to find availability.
The schedules
There are two schedules each day: from 9 in the morning and from 2 in the afternoon. When making your reservation you must choose one of these two schedules. The tours start at the exact time. Remember that you must be punctual at the place of departure, the Regocijo square (just a few steps from the Plaza de Armas).
How to book?
The reservation is 100% online. You just have to choose the date and time of your preference in our availability calendar. Remember that you cannot join a group if you have not registered through our website. At the end you must complete some personal information and you will receive the confirmation of your reservation in your email. It’s super easy!
There is no availability, what do I do?
If you did not make the reservation in advance, you may not find availability for the date and time of your preference. In those cases you must choose a different date. In case you want a specific date that is not available, you can request a private service for you and your group of companions.
Booking cancellation
Si por algún motivo realizó la reserva pero no podrá unirse al grupo a la hora acordada, deberá cancelar su reserva. La cancelación se realiza contestando el correo electrónico que recibirá un día antes del tour. Recuerde que debe hacerlo con anticipación. Así más personas podrán unirse al grupo. La cancelación, así como el tour, es gratuita.
Private service
The private service is a tour through the streets of Cusco exclusively for the visitor and his group of companions. This service is carried out on the day and at the time that the tourist chooses. This personalized service includes the most famous places in the city of Cusco as well as the spaces that the tourist suggests. The private service has a fixed cost.
